"We received your cancellation request" but i didnt make one

i attempted to schedule a service address change for next week but the website was being buggy and wouldnt go through with it. then i got an email saying that due to my cancellation request, my internet is getting shut off tomorrow. how do i stop this from happening, what's going on?
