"Pay Bill" Page will not load; cannot view or access bill payment

"Pay Bill" Page will not load; cannot view or access bill payment

After logging in to my account, when I click the "Pay Bill" option, the page will not load. The loading screen appears (with the three dots - see attachment), but the page does not progress further, so I cannot view or pay my bill online. The loading screen continues to show until it times out and logs me out. I have tried accessing this page from Google Chrome and Safari on both a laptop and an iPhone, and face the same issue each time. The Xfinity App won't load my account information either. 

 

Please assist! If this is happening to others, it is a huge issue with user experience!

I am having the exact same problem. My bill is late as a result.

Scroll down and @ComcastChe posted info about this. It’s a national issue.
