Had internet installed Jan 9 2019. Received my first bill, there was a $20 installment charge listed. Was never told by the phone rep, that there would be this charge. Now 2nd bill is online, and I discover that there will be a 2nd and a 3rd, $20 charge. Deceptive practices!
