prorate of final bill statement

My service was canceled 9/3 and $7 was credited. However, based on the statement cycle of 8/15 to 9/15, the prorated credit should have been higher.

So, your bill would have been for 19 days, with 11 days left after cancellation.  Divide the cost of your package, including any equipment rental but no taxes, by 30.  Whatever the quotient is multiple it by 11 days.  Does it come out to be more than $7?

Yes it comes out to be approximately 30
