Can you enable my private message feature?

The ability to use PM is generally enabled once you post on the Forum.  You can also go to your Profile's Settings->Preferences->Private Messenger and check if Private Messaging is turned on.  Unsolicited PM's is against Forum Policy so if you want to PM with a Comcast agent, you have to post, get their attention and have them request a PM.

How are you accessing this Forum? If you're using a web browser, click on the picture/icon/label next to the envelope, upper right to get options to choose:

How does one get help with the biling statements? Been 20+ year customer and our bill just went up by 15% - its enough to make one seriously contemplate pulling the plug on cable tv!!

I believe a PM with that personal info is being requested and not a public response here.  Click on the requestors name and you should be able to send them a PM.
