My situation is that in Nov I had a service call made and the tech had seen nothing. I had sporadic internet for awhile until last Thursday where the internet went fully out. The cable is burnt and I was told it could have been something with the electric box (or something I don't remember exactly) it was next to. While I have no proof, but what if this burnt cable just didn't happen over night but over time. What I was experiencing since Nov was the start of the issue? What would I need to argue to get my Nov service charge reversed since the issue that was experienced possibly was from the outside?
