payment agreement

When I signed up I made sure your Customer Service Representitive knew I was on Social Security and my payday is 3rd Wednesday of month. I have no say in matter, no way to change pay date. I am continualy being charged late fee due to my payday. My question is... Why ? Why can you charge me every month a late fee when I pay my bill the morning my check lands, direct deposit in my bank account? 

I am not being late. I am diligent in paying this bill on time.

Why can you not have your very big, expensive computer change the billing date to acccomodate the social security system and the thousands of coustomers in same perdicament I am?

Hi, reddwolfe13 - My apologies for the inconvenience but we don't change the due date. This is the rule that applies to each Comcast customer. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
