ok 2 months in a row and cannot pay my bill on line like i have for years, it never submits and goes to confirmation page! I DO NOT have time to get on here with some stupid tech that takes forever to do anything, and be told OH we are going to forego the 5.99 charge to help you do this with our assistance! believe me if this is not corrected SOON you will be getting your equipment back and will never be in any house of mine AGAIN!!!
