Why am I getting a regular, $9.95 bill when I was told I would get 2 free months as a brand new internet essentials participant (I joined end of March). I also get no help, customer service wise, as an internet essentials customer. The telephone number they provide for me is different than for regular Xfinity customers, and it doesn't let me connect to a real person
