this company is a nitemare!! you can't reach anyone in the US all calls are routed to Manila, Phillipines or Mexico.. the connection is just insanely awful and no one knows the right answer. how are u still in business??? mindblowing!!! and they repeat the same thing i wish i had taped the last call i made.. the woman said she was in the US when clearly she was in Manila. my service was changed out of no where for the 3rd time and the bill amount changes constantly!! i was even called after the hurricane when i had no service to ask if i was happy with my service!! i had no power for 14 days and no tv so how could u ask that? who does that?
