new bill increased a lot!

I am trying to find someone to chat with either via messaging or over the telephone.. our new bill went a great deal. When I call the automated voice will disconnect me.  And, the chat function is not working. What do I do?

@kerry1950 Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described. I've asked a colleague to reach out to you via phone this week to go over some pricing and packaging options. In the meantime, we have applied a  credit on your account as a courtesy.
