my bill

continues to increase. now its 30+ more than last month. i try to contact a agent and get the runaround. I have spent over an hour trying to resolve this matter only to be thrown back to the assistant. I am required to go to work everyday and dont have the time to do this, could someone please contact me back(preferably a human) so I can get this cleared up. Ive been a customer with you since 1988 and Im really not liking the fact that I have to go thru this consatntly. if I didnt know better I would say this will happen until I get so irritated I just give up and pay the extra or leave. thank you for your time
