my bill is wrong

i really need to speak with someone asap i have been trying to get my bill fixed for over aweek but its hard to do when you cant talk to anyone except on line, i think since someone at xfinity mess my bill up after being with xfinity for yrs that someone should be helpig me to fix it and get it back the way it was ...
