My bill has been increased since this January. I used to pay $39.99/month for internet service in 2017 and now it is $5*.**. I've been a loyal customer for 8 yrs without any late payment. There is no offer for the existing customers, but increasing the monthly bill. I am pretty frustrated to keep increasing the bill every year. I've chatted with a representative and he offered $10.00 off, but still is higher than what I've paid. I will seriously look for other internet providers what they can offer.
