iPad Promotion

I signed up for a iPad promotion about 7 months ago where I only needed to pay $5 a month for 24 months and then all of a sudden in November I was sent a bill for the remainder of the contract or $90. This was on Nov 2 and I have spoken to countless reps from various departments who all state is was a mistake made by Comcast yet the bill did NOT reflect the correction and I finally had to pay my bill which was due Dec 16 but I reduced the payment by $85 to cover the correct $5 charge. As of this morning I am still showing a balance due of $85 and no one can seem to correct the issue.
