Comcast has withdrew almost 400$ out of my checking account. Bill is not even due yet and have no card on file to withdraw from. Contacted Comcast and they claim it's "not their fault" and will do absolutely nothing to help me. Will never recommend Comcast to ANYONE. Poor customer service and even poorer problem solving.
Yes I have contacted regions. And they say its not on there end either. It is from comcast billing so I know it is comcast fault. I have spoke with a lawyer. He told me to send all my last bills over and a bank statement and 500 dollars to retain him. The bank statement says comcast took it out so I will be pressing fraud. Charges for stealing money out of my account and not crediting it back to me. The lawyer said it falls uber theft
