excess billing

Account Feb 6 2020 was $75.73 as discussed with an agent in January.

On page 3 of the new billing dated Jan 10 the new amount was $79.21.

April 6 the bill is $96.52.

Unable to contact an agent after waiting 3 hours on hold and the chat bot does not allow contact with agent.

Please explain the $21 increase in monthly charges
