You give your equipment new names and at the same time raise charges, the old names were fine.   Is it the same ol  same ol   higher fees and taxes? What's your excuse this time.  I have to call almost every month because you've increased my bill.   Soon I'll have to start removing channels or equipment. Enough is enough.
