billing increases missing channels no pms nothing good
Well two weeks ago I asked for help with my bill here and got the standard answer "pm me your account info and I can help." I tried to pm and still cant and did I get the help I wanted nope. Did I say I couldnt pm Yes, any help there NOPE so at this point I still have no resolution, and my opinion of comcast just goes further in the toilet. So comcast WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
