I turned off my tv in December, got billed for Both Internet and tv in January $179.00. I called customer service to get it fixed . My billing is still showing the full bill for both and no credit (Due on Feb 5th). Plus a new charge for $144.00. can anybody help me get this straightened out?
I knew that posing this on this fourm was a not the best way of resolving the issue. I was tring to fix this at 1030 on a Sunday Night. On Monday after work (ie) during regular bussness hours, I was able to start a chat with Customer Service and they fixed the problem. thanks
