So as what every plan does, it usually rises slowly. I was being charged 166$ for my plan. I called at the month of August 2019 and they lowered it down for a new bundle. Sent me an email to confirm THEN still get charged the same amount. So I called again on September 2019 annoyed as to why am I still getting the same charge when I was promised a lower amount. Customer support said "It didn't get processed". What is the point of confirming everything over the phone then + the email confirmations while talking on the phone? Did not end there, as of NOW October 10 2019, I am making this post because GUESS WHAT my credit card is charging me the same 166$ so I am now chatting with a customer representative because I am sure I would be extremely rude to all the agents. Funny enough each agent for the 3 months I've called gave me different price ranges. So yeah. I'm done with all this and just going to look for another internet provider. Such a scam.
