Xfinity app not working

I just want to pay my bill and they’re treating me like I’m a secondary user but won’t allow me to edit anything. What should i do?? It’s been this way since I’ve downloaded the app but not that it’s time to pay, I’m panicking .

moved your post to billing area. you can wait for reply here or call 800-comcast and select billing. ask them to fix your account.

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
 
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.
