Xfinity Assistance Plan

Hello, 

I received a message about being put on an assistance plan that will throttle my internet 25mbps. I do not need or wnat this. My balance was accidentally overdue. I paid my balance immediately upon receiving this message. I have a 1,000mbps plan that I use to work from home and I cannot have this throttled. I need to ensure that I will not be throttled. 

 

Can someone confirm this for me?

I’ve received the same notice after paying my bill. Have you heard any updates from them?
