Hello I've been a Comcast customer for 15+ years. Recently I've been watching less TV and would like to remove it from my account. Last year I requested to do this when my double play bill went from under $100 to $130+ but Comcast told me I'd pay $90-100 for Blast only. At that time I accepted their new offer. Now that I have other options (Sling, etc), I'd like to downgrade but not pay the $90+. Can a Comcast rep help in that regard?
