Worst customer care - billing , internet service

I spent total 3+4+2 hours with Comcast customer service but they don't help anything. They sent me a person my home to look at issue but he didn't fix it. But in the next bill Comcast charged $60 . Worst internet service in home. It is always connect and disconnect internet service. Which is not fair and not acceptable.
Worst customer service .. they don't have no knowledge on things and they don't know anything on product side as well..

I am thinking to switch to different providers.

Please allow me to look into this for you so that we can get your internet issues corrected, I can also look into your tech fee and possibly get some of the cost credited back to your account.
