I’m on a double play contract and am thinking about adding a premium channel. Looking at the account web site, it appears I can do that online, though the listed cost before even choosing a premium channel doesn’t match what I’m paying.
If I add premium channel via the account web site (without changing my plan), will that remove my existing monthly contract discount?
Hello, Morac2. Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. This is a good question. When you add premium channels by themselves this is considered a "Bolt-on". Premium channels can be added or removed at any time with no issues. This will not affect your current promotion at all. If you'd like I can set it up for you as well if you like.
