I recently purchased 2 Iphones from Xfinity. these 2 phones were purchased using the xfinity promotion promising $200 device credit for each phone as long as my existing phone numbers were ported within 30 days. The problem is only one of the phones on my bill shows a device credit. I am being overcharged for the other phone. Earlier this week I spent 1.5 hours of my valuable time working with Xfinity customer service rep named Javier on trying to get this problem fixed. After all that time, Javier promised me that he had fixed the overbilling issue. The fact is, he did not fix anything as I am still seeing the overcharge on my current billing cycle. My question is, is Xfinity going to fix this problem or will your company continue to be in breach of our contract?
