Why can't I see any other plans?

Whenever I try to look up other plans I just get a page that says to call. Whenever I call they say they can't give me any better plans. My plan price just keeps going up. It looks like they have new customer offers that are close to $100 less. I guess I finally need to think about changing to Fios.
