Why am I still receiving bills after cancelling my service?

I cancelled my service on May 27, 2020, and a week later confirmed both this cancellation and any final amount I may owe with a customer service rep. I have returned my equipment and I have paid the bill for my final billing cycle under Xfinity services in full. Why am I being billed for the next billing cycle?

That bill was most likely generated before you canceled your service.
