Why am I still being billed after I canceled service?

I set my service to expire May 3rd, yet I received a bill for May 4th-June 3rd. I am not on a contract. Obviously I do not Xfinity any money for a month I will not be receiving service, especially since I never signed a contract committing me to X number of months.

 

Strongly considering disconnecting my card so I cannot be auto-billed, since I clearly do not owe any more.
