So my contract discount ends Oct 05. Usually like with electricity companies etc, you can cancel service within 14 days of the contract being over.
I can't find the policy on Comcast. I don't want to go a day or more paying "full price" when I plan to swtich but I don't want to get hit with an ETF for cancelling like 2 days before it was up or whatever.
Unfortunately none of those documents actually answer my questions. I had hoped I could avoid being hold for 45 minutes just to get a very simple question answered. They don't have a chat option anymore it seems like.
Anyone have any idea what the window might be?
