Website never works

The website plain garbage. It always had a communication error and never let's me view my account or pay a bill. I got the phone app thinking that will help but it does the same exact thing as the website. It is a very long drive just for me to go into the store to pay my bill. Worst customer service I have ever received and that's saying something considering it took 3 months just to install my internet.
