On the Xfinity website, there is an ad for existing Xfinity internet users who upgrade to entertainment services to get a $100 Visa Gift card, however I was told that was only for new customers. I am considering canceling the double play bundle because this card offer was not honored. Why does the website state that current users qualify when adding services? I have a screenshot of the ad, which brings you to the list of offers with the gift card promotion. I am waiting for a rep to contact me to resolve this issue because it seems to be false advertising and bait and switch which is very deceptive and misleading. Additionally, when I am logged into my Xfinity account and click on "add services, it brings me to a list of promotions with the gift card, which is where I chose to add services. If this promotion was only for new customers, why is it included in my options?
