Upgraded service 3/24/20, Still Being Charged for Performance Pro

Hello,

 

We upgraded our service yesterday 3/25/20. I asked if the Performance Pro Internet speed increase would be removed from our bill and was told it would. It has not. How do we remove this charge?

If you're looking at your bill online that will not reflect your change until your next bill.  If you're looking at your plan, it might take a few days before it reflects the change.  Be patient.
