Upgraded HD box and getting service that I and my home owners assoc are paying for
My home owners assc signed a new contract with Comcast that includes two digital set top box es and the digital starter set of channels. I also pay myself for the digital preferred set of channels.
I have spent 3 days with Comcast totaling 8 hours with their customer support peope listening to them read a 3 months old billing agreement that is totally obsolete to me with no problems resolution. Truly, Comcast has the worst support team of any company
