Unposted Payment

Made a payment that cleared the bank the middle of April, but it's still not showing up with this ISP. Instead, they expect me to just make another payment for the same period of time.  I can't seem to get any help to resolve this issue, either with a call nor a chat agent, who just hang up on me or ignore me. This is very frustrating.
