Unpaid balance of $0.00

Unpaid balance of $0.00

It's been over a month of no internet because of being unable to pay my $0.00 account balance. If I pay $0.00 it says I cant pay that amount and if I pay over $0.00 it says the payment exeeds my account balance. I have been unable to get past the automated phone system and as a result have not had internet for over a month.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
