Unexpected Bill Increase

My bill has significantly increased.  I tried speaking to someone at a retail store, they said call customer service.  I called customer service, they said call back and speak with someone tomorrow. 

 

I currently have tripple play.  I do not use the phone and want double play.  I was told I have to stay on tripple play but I can get a good deal if I add home securty.  I've already fallen for this trick once.  

 

All I want is to pay for the service I use without having $35 unexpected increases.  Can anyone help?
