Understanding increase in bill

After being on my plan for 1 year, my bill has increased and I do not know why, bill shows a ~$30 dollar decrease in a discount but I do not understand why this occured.

Did you have a one year contract?  Even if on a two year contract you may have had a promotion that expired; promotions can be 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or a  year.  Take a couple of your past billing statements and compare them to your current statement.
