I was notified that on July 31 my plan was changed. I did not call and I live alone, so no one else from my house called. I went to the local office and, after looking at the plan decided to try it because it was the same price but with TV added. Then I got the actual bill. No, no, no. A "broadcast fee" of over $21! I don't even have a TV box! Y'all should be ashamed! PLEASE CHANGE MY PLAN BACK to what I've had for over a year and was perfectly happy with. I don't know how these changes happened in the first place, but I suspect it's just another comcast money grab, hoping no one will notice or complain. And by the way, chat is now useless, Facebook messenger is now useless, making changes via website is useless. Customers can only get generic, general answers. Way to go comcast--alienate us even more than before your "improved" customer service.
