Unable to view bill after recent move

I recently moved to a new address and transferred my service to the new address. When I try to view a PDF for the bill in the old account, I get an error: "Failed to load PDF document." I went ahead and made a new ID for the new account, and it appears my recent payment was applied to the upcoming bill, instead of my current bill on the old account. On the old account's page, it shows how much was due at an earlier date, and it shows a much smaller bill being due, but I can't look at a bill to see details. How do I find a correct bill for the old account?
