We were pretty certain that we had already opted in for unlimited data, and now that we try to enroll, keep getting the error screen that the option is temporarily unavailable. When working from home with multiple of us, we really need this option! Any idea how to enroll?
I'd like to get an answer to this as well. I've attempted to chat with support twice. I've tried calling and was told unlimited data is only available when using Xfinity equipment. I don't think that's true.
