I am unable to access my billing history after recently transferring my service to a new location. I chatted online with a representative who was only able to offer me the solution of getting printed copies of my billing history by visiting a local site. Some of these forum posts seem to suggest that there is a way to access my billing history without making a trip across town. If anyone knows of a way to do this, please let me know.
