I received my latest bill, and I noticed a line for $14.00 with the following description:
Voice Equipment is Inactive. To Avoid Future Charges, Please Return The Equipment To Your Nearest Service Center.
I recently switched to an xFi router and new TV box. I returned all of my old equipment. When I check my equipment return page, the internet/voice data modem is greyed out and the system says purchased equipment is not returnable. Why am I getting charged for this?
