We have been with Comcast for almost 20 years. I have never been told I was under a contract and when we signed up 18 years ago I am sure I did not sign one then either. I was billed $210 for ETF. In my opnion if the company had better customer support we would not have had to go looking for another company. Charging longterm customers a fee to that extent will surley make they NEVER want to swith back!!
