ii had an unauthorized charge taken from muy account had already paid bill on 12/26/17 and was charged 106.48 again on 01/5/18 i did not authorize xfinity withdraw any money from this account i have been told several different lies about this issue no 2 so called customer service rep say the same thing its always something different this is by far the worse company i have EVER seen for solving on handling customer issues i,m surprised hey are still in business
