Trying to pay my bill

I've been trying to get in touch with an agent to pay my bill over the phone or through general on-line payment but I cannot do either. My original online e-account was not set up correctly by Xfinity so I cannot pay on-line and I cannot reach an actual representative to pay the bill. I also need to set up a new account and am having difficulty doing that as well.
