There still charging for data

My bill was freaking 119$ I’m only supposed pay 9.95 that’s big freaking difference!!! Now I cannot get ahold of an actual person to dispute it I’m getting so aggregated I paid 65.95 wat I could but I’m not paying no more till I speak to an actual person!!!!!!!!!! 🤬
