1.  Why did my bill go up $50 in one month when a flat rate was established a few months ago???


2.  Why can't I talk with a live agent either on the phone or online???


I am so fuming angry with Comcast and aggravated with how I'm being treated when I have been a loyal customer for 15 years!!!


I need answers and I need them now.  How are issues to be solved when no one can discuss them?
