Hello, my internet was dropping connections constantly. I called Comcast. The rep ran diagnosis and confirmed connection issue. He said that the visit would be free since this is a comcast issue. The technician came and replaced the cable running to my modem. He said it was old. He never mentioned any fee. This month, I find $40 charge on my bill. I have 2 issues with that:
I have never agreed to pay it. I was told it would be free.
I should not be responsible for subsidizing Comcast's infrastructure maintenance cost while I already pay my bill.
